My baby is 1.6 year old. Till now we had a nanny who took care of her in my mother's place, now that nanny wants to leave as she's moving to her native. Now I'm back to sqaure, I m not able to understand what to do whether to appoint another nanny or keep her at daycare' but in rains it's difficult to carry her to my ofc daycare as it's too far , please suggest
