If baby is speaking some intelligent words, is responding to voice commands, is expressive in other ways then growth and development is normal. You need to speak more around and to your little one. Speak in normal tones, make eye contact. Read to your baby and point out and vocalise about day to day objects like birds water food bus car etc.

eye contact is very important. try conversing with her holding her face and she should see you while talking. this is an exercise you need to do every day atleast for every alternate conversation this will help a lot.

Hi. Every child has a different learning pace. At this age its fine if such words as mentioned by you are spoken. Please do continue to read to your baby and always talk to your baby. What you are doing , what is around etc. The more you talk the more baby will pick up. All the best.

keep talking to ur child.. show lot of things... my son started talking properly once I put him in school at 2.5 yrs.. before tat all his talks were alien to me and I could hardly understand.. if u have more small kids around u let ur child play with them.. kids learn fast looking at other kids.. don't worry your baby will start talking soon.. also I have noticed if child is exposed to multiple languages they start talking late... this is my personal experience though good part is they learn all languages and start communication in all languages once they grow old..
