my baby is 1n half month..in starting it had loose motion n yellow color potty whenever I used to feed...bt now he does potty two days once n has lot of gastric..pls do reply
It is natural for a baby who is exclusively breast fed to not pass motions for a few days. As long as baby is comfortable and feeding well there is no cause for concern. I assume you mean the baby is passing a lot of gas. This is also normal. Give the baby some tummy time. Always be present and alert when you place baby on the tummy. Do not give anything orally to the baby without discussing the same with the doctor.

for gas give massage and tummy time..
and do little exercise ( put legs up and press stomach slowly - don't give more pressure )
