My baby is 2 months and 2 weeks old. The moment we complete feeding or during feeding, he poops. This happens all time. Is this normal? The poop is mostly watery & greenish mostly and sometimes yellow. Does this is breast milk nutrition imbalance ?? I'm much worried.
