my baby is 2 months old.. his lips are getting dry.. I bf him after every 2 to 3 hrs.. is that because of mumbai's weather??? he sleeps under the fan ..Is fan could also be the reason? ? what should I do to prevent this??,

Just rub. little hind milk which you can get toward the end of a feed on his lips a few times a day. It's a great moisturiser.
