It is absolutely normal.. But take care when he must bang his head back on the soft surface.. I believe you being his mom, must have kept; soft cushion under his head.. The reason of his head lift up could be like he is attracted towards sounds and curiosity makes him to respond as a reaction by various body movements. So its normal. My baby at very first day of birth had got rotated Complete 360 degree by him self 😀so relax.. If you still have doubt consult doctor.. He will clarify.. 👍
