My baby is 2 years old he eats daily oats with fruits like banana apple mango.some times upma or idli he will eat. He don't like any other in his breakfast.his weight is 11.4kg.is his weight ok

is there any harm eating daily oats.eating oats can cause weight lose.kindly advice.
