Hi pediasure or any market sold drink may increase weight but in a most unhealthy way. Sugar and more sugar in that, that will also fill your baby's tummy and baby will not eat the regular food. At 2 yrs baby should eat regularl home made foods , 3 meals and 2 snacks. Weight is just number, if the baby is active and achieving milestones then nothing to worry.
