as everyone said avoid inserting anything in baby's nose or ear...the booger and ear wax comes out itself....you can clean with a cotton cloth if you see anything out but inserting anything is never recommend...

no need to clean inside, babies sneeze once in a while, then it gets cleaned. just clean with a soft wet tissue on the outer part...
