My baby is 28 days and from the beginning he does few things while sleeping like he creates sounds from nose and sometimes from mouth ..smtym he jitters smtyms he turns his eyes then he laughs ...I don't knw whether these infants do or not but once he is in deep sleep he doesn't do anything ..
