My baby is 3 monrh and after today's vaccination she is suffering from severe pain and pain so can you suggest if i have to give her paracetamol syrup then how many drops i need to give her...and for how long this fever n pain will be cured??
You can give her pediatric paracitamol 10 drops thrice a day.; U can use thombophobe gel twice a day in the paun area.; This jel help to less contruction in the affected area.;

For local application you can put ice pack on the injection area it will reduce swelling
