My baby is 3 months old and exclusively on breastmilk ( direct as well as expressed thru bottle) ..since last 5 days he is doing green potty instead of standard mustard yellow!! Otherwise baby is active..Do I need to consult paed? As I read sumwer if baby is on Formula potty color can be green and if not on formula then green potty means some kind of infection!!

Pls guide..
