Watery stools with mucus.. U must check with pediatrician. First keep a watch on frequency.. I mean how many times he is passing. If u feel he is passing more frequently than usual n it watery. Better to visit <u>doc</u>

that is just a phase, it will go away by itself... is he doing like playing, or showing any discomfort?
