The best bet would be to visit your gynac who will be able to pierce <u>it</u> with a sterilised needle and then all that you need is some gentle massage on the area with lanolin to remove the dead skin for a couple of days.

massage with a warm cloth on the breast, remove excess milk out and feed. if u feel more pain then do consult&nbsp; dr once.
