My baby is 35 days old. I notice that his skin tone gets altered from dark to fair and back to dark over a few days.

Is this normal or could it be an allergic reaction to something?

We are using mama earth oil for bath and lotion after bath.

We also give him formula feed as supplement if breast milk becomes less for him.
