My baby is 3.5 months old and he is exclusively on BF. Now he is not interested much in BF and like to suck his hands more.what to do and what is the reason behind this change?

Looks like nursing strike, change the environment for the baby while feeding, choose dimlighted silent room to feed with no distraction, gently carasse baby's hair. Dont use mobile phones while feeding. You can also lie down and feed.
