My baby is 4 month old....he always takes his hands in the mouth...my mom n all says he takes coz of his gums...he has itching thats why...what should i do

This is called mouthing it is good sign, it's bby way of soothing himself .don't worry

Might be the reason that he is teething but seems to be a bit early for that ...kids do take fingers in the mouth when they are hungry too..keep feeding and then burping ..
