my baby is 4 months n taken his last vaccine 2day, he has not done potty for 5 days n also suffering from cold. today he is only crying n done something like greenish n smelly poop n also having temperature, plz do suggest I'm very worried as he z only crying

Even my baby is doing green poop, he is also having cold and cough. better to get examined with doctor..

Hi, this green type shows baby is having cold asha is right please do consult your Dr baby is very small....he must have cried due to gas plz check with Dr.
