My baby is 4 months old from last 15 days he is doing potty once in a day or once in two days weather it is normal or something wrong with his digestion.

No worries.. the baby will gain weight gradually. Keep breastfeeding .

Breastfeed baby can pass motion once in 10days also no issues.. apply castrol oil on baby's naval and butt hole. Do cycle massage. Excessive breastfeed till 6 months..
