that's normal and would continue for sometime. u can make some home made wipe solution to keep the skin bacteria free. lots of recepies are available online, I used (70℅ water, 25℅ baby shower gel and 5℅ essential oil)

vino don't worry that's totally normal. A breastfed baby poops for atleast 7 times a day.
