My baby is 5 months old now. His weight and All is perfect as told by my paediatric.But since last week my breast milk supply is very low.... hardly few drops are coming from manual breast pump unlike previously when a bottle used to be filled easily. I want to continue bf to my baby for at least 6 months or even later but don't know how to increase my bf supply. I m also taking zeera water & sabu kheer etc. Please help
Thank you so much.... but I am still not sure whether actually I m having low bf supply.Reason is when my baby sucks, milk comes in but when I try to express then there is no milk.
