hi sarika sounds like your baby has a viral. it is normal for appetite to go down with viral infections. do not force. keep the baby hydrated. weight will come back don't worry

teething can cause mild fever n bcz baby mouths everything they may have vomiting n loose motions...if fever is not residing in it's own, go to doctor... weight seems to be good.
