Both are fine. The only difference is a) Cost b) afterwards in painless no fever and no discomfort is there. Both are effective.

Either of the options is fine and it depends on what you wish to opt for. In the painless one the discomfort post the shot is very less however the cost is higher. The diseases covered in these is the same.

These are the inputs that I received from my pediatrician: Painful vaccine - 10 diseases/viruses. Painless vaccine - 13/14 diseases/viruses. Painful - 2 injections+1drops,total cost around 4500, don't know exactly. Painless - 2 injections+1drops, total cost around 8500. I opted for painless one. My baby had fever on vaccinated day night, as per their instructions I have given Paracetamol P-65 drops (5drops) with 6hours interval. And it got cured. He didn't had any kind of swelling near injected area. In case if swelling occurs, doctor suggested to pat the area with ice cube wrapped in towel.
