My baby is 6.5 months old and soon I will be going to the office. I have heard that we shouldn't be giving cows milk till one year. Hence please suggest which milk would be good for her.

You can pump your milk and keep at home for her. Plus she will be starting with semi solids. You can try formula too if required.
