It's normal for an exclusively breast fed baby to pass stools with every urine as well. Sleep for this stage as a total in twenty four hours can be about 14-15 hours. If baby sleeps longer in the night then that's a positive sign for a three month old.

A breastfeeding baby will sleep that much atleast in fact more and will pass stools for 7 to 8 times a day.
