I have gained 1kg in one week .. is this because I am&nbsp; not feeding him directly??

Oly during night time I am giving expressed one .. and when ever v go out ..

no problem at all. but u should always prefer breastfeeding. as the baby is too small and light have nipple confusion. so u can maybe offer EBM once a day.
