My baby is crying while passing stool as if his stomach is aching..stool consistency is normal..what could be the reason..he is 3 months old.
Revauthi Rajamani last night he was sleeping for 6 hours at a stretch..after 6hours he had his milk..could it be a reason???

Keep him hydrated, you avoid eating gassy and fatty foods, include ajwain and cumin seeds in your diet. If still baby has difficulty please meet ur pediatrician
