Hi mommy<br> Please avoid giving any thing other than breast milk. If you have been advised to give top up feed please go ahead. Feed on demand, don't worry baby will automatically gain weight.

Just feed him after every two hours..also don't worry much about the weight of the baby is happy and active..the weight will increase once he starts solids
