my baby is having swelling and redness in toes like the corner nails have increased. I had cut the nails but the swelling and redness still there and the skin in corner is pulled out itself. And he is having pain. What to do and why this happened. Is it because he tries to climb when we hold him or is it because he puts his finger in mouth. Both thumb toes have same problem. How to prevent them.

May be i should see doctor as early as possible.
