Baby will turn upside down soon. Don't worry. For low lying placenta just be cautious not to over exert yourself - not walking much or continuous standing. Take complete rest

No need to worry.. it is absolutely fine to feel less movements.. position of placenta actually matters..

Just 24 weeks so breech position is okay, it should come to cephalic when you do growth scan around 32 weeks. You already had low lying placenta n you are already taking precautions so don't worry.
