Yes you can feed in lying down position. Just ensure that you do not fall asleep.

what Harneet Khurana has shown is d best method... wen ever u are free massage ur nipples an gently pull it out wit hands...keep doin this...nipples wil come out...u can use a nipple shield for time bein....as this pullin wit syringe is very painful..
