My baby is not eating from today morning...he is always saying no mumma, pls no...but when it comes to outing or playing he is active too ..as well he is not luking lazy ..he had fever from few days but he was eating well.but today he is not taking even a single bite of anything...he has no fever yet...

pls suggest...what to do..i hv tried each and evrything for him..he even not taking his favourite dishes too..m so worried..pls help..
