My baby is not speaking any word just mama and baba or dada.she is 19 months old.she always do mmm like sounds instead of speaking words.
Dr my delivery was normal and not a premature baby.

Keep talking to the baby .. gradually will speak.. when put in the play group or outdoor play with other kids they speak ...
