my baby is not taking my feed directly. i hve tried everyth nth is helping me out. is it ok if he is only on nan 1. plzz suggest. he is 14 days old today. im also giving him my feed using a electric pump.
harneet i hve meet 3 lactation in personal wid my kid. but still culdnt be of any help.

Please feed your baby using a spoon and vati. Additionally use a breast pump to express milk as if the milk flow is slow the baby will not be interested. You will need to express often six to eight times a day as that is the requirements of the baby. Once you have expressed milk give that to the baby instead of formula. And at the same time attempt to latch the baby as well. Visit with a Lactation specialist to help with the latch but once the milk supply has increased.
