hi Minnie , I understand how u feel . mothers and mother inlaw might sometimes think they know best how to raise a baby nagging u , they might make u.doubt urself . But trust me god has given u the baby u know him.9 months beforr any1 u are very much the only person ur baby can find comfort in .so try to mute their nagging n just take care of ur baby

dear Minnie, I have been through this too and I assure you that this phase is temporary and will eventually pass. it took 2 months for me to bond with my baby. let me tell you what I did. I tried to spend more time with my lo cuddling and hugging. skin to skin is important for bonding. also hold n sooth the baby when she cries. this establishes confidence in your lo that she is loved. take rest whenever possible n try to do things that helps you calm down like listening to music or reading or speaking with your mom, besties.
most importantly believe in yourself. no one cares for your lo more that you. soon your lo will understand that too. until then stay calm, become deaf to criticism ànd cherish motherhood.

Dear Minnie due to the hormonal changes post delivery it is normal to go through lot emotionally. You may feel very low, weepy and everything and everyone around may bother you. Try breathing, take each day as it comes. This phase will pass. Remember when you are calm your baby also will be calm.
