Babies also rub their ear sometimes when teething. So this might be a reason. You can still get the ear checked for any water or wax or infection to be rest assured.

Yes babies do the scratching when they feel sleepy ...try soothing the baby n do it gently..they go to sleep . Check if the baby does it after waking up n In a fresh moos too ...if yes then check for allergies ...tc

Generally baby scratch their head or nose or ear when they feel sleepy or irritable..is she teething? If she is teething then she may do it to show her discomfort

I don't think it should be a problem . . Is she overall normal and happy ?
