By now the baby should have regained her birth weight as well as gained some more. This appears to be low milk supply which has been caused by incorrect latch. If baby is latching but not correctly then baby does not get milk or gets less milk, this also means less stimulation and hence less supply. Please see a lactation specialist for help.
