hi it can be a cue that ur baby is sleepy or tired. but my baby is allergic so she does that whenever she is exposed to any allergen. so just monitor when ur baby rubs her eyes.

Most babies start rubbing their eyes from 4-5 th month, to show her mom that she is sleepy. Check her closely. If she does all the time and you see some redness, then please take her to pediatrician
