Why do u feel he is hungry after feeding? May be he cries even after feeds. Babies do not cry just for hunger. If the latch is perfect, pee count more than 6-8 times in 24 hrs and overall weight gain within normal rage then he is getting adequate.

how old is the baby? if the diaper output is fine then you should be ok. i always recommend to put the baby in a cloth baby carrier after he is fed so that they are still on your chest where they want to be. so most often it's not that he is still hungry but just wants to be held and soothed on the breast. if weight gain and diaper output is fine then most porbably you don't need formula. good luck.

If baby is urinating about seven times a day then formula feed is not required. Baby is in a new environment and is naturally looking for comfort. just relax and try other calming and distracting techniques Trust in yourself that your feed is enough. You should also have the weight check done at the doctor's clinic monthly as this will reassure you that all is well.
