Keep the baby upright after every feed for 10-15 mins irrespective of whether baby is awake or no. Also check the latch of the baby. Sometimes babies spit up even in case of over feeding so check on that too

hi ....c this is bit normal for babies after 4 months...all u need to do is don't over feed him..just make sure that he does not remain too much hungry ..after every feed make him stand up right for almost half n hour
