Even they can gradually regulate body temperature ... which they can't do when they are born..; And once the baby is bit bigger weight gain will be slower ....;; unlike in the first and second month

Hi how do u know he is not gaining weight?during monthly chk up pedtrician wid have told u abt his weight growth.as days passes babies reduces pee count andpoo .if ur baby pees min 6 times in 24hrs then he is getting enough milk and growing well.dont worry.chk for min 6times pee .if less than 6 in 24hrs u shud b worried
