my baby zz 3mnth 7 days old.birth weight was 3.2 kg. doctor had given D3 must and brilia to be taken for 1 yr.Is it required to be given to baby as baby z on exclusive breastfeeding .Please address my query.
The Indian Academy of Pediatrics recommends that all infants under one year of age should be given a D3 supplement for the first one year.
