My belly is too small .its not look like 23rd week pregnancy .could it be a cause for any concern ? Pls let me know.

Belly starts appearing after 20 weeks. That means at this stage it will be small. There's no need to worry if all the reports are fine. Belly will be visible in 7-8 months.
