My boy has these rashes over face.; .. it's all over cheeks ..chin... ears. It somehow looks prominent during the day. .night it looks settled. Is this baby acne? When will it go away and can I do anything to prevent ..cure it ... TIA

Preeti,do you do face massage with oil? My gal got these kind when i was doing face massage,doc asked me to stop using oil on face.
