my breast size has reduced. Also there is no pain in them as they were in the first and second trimester. It is said that before delivery the breasts swell up with milk but in but in my case it became opposite. As people mention about colostrum leakin on its own, but in my case i have to press my nipple to see if i have have milk. Am worried if my baby will get enough milk. Please help.
