He will when he is ready. Some children start speaking when they are 3 years old.. so just keep patience..

Dear all kids are different and achieve milestones at their own pace..if he speaks in monosyllables like ma..papa..dada etc it's ok..try to speak to him more..tell him stories..ask other members of family also to speak to him..you can grate some almonds and the oil one gets mixed in honey given to kids help..you can also speak to your doctor
