The teething process varies from child to child . Normally they lose appetite and are cranky and want to bite or chew anything thwy can put their hands on . Some children get fever or loose motions as well . If ur sure he is getting teeth thwn dont worry he will settle once the teeth come . Also to ease the sensation they are feeling u can give him some teethers or carrots . If ur not sure consult ur doc .
