Give a healthy tweak to the Foods 1. Mix 3 parts of wheat flour with 1 part of Soya or Ragi flour. Helps you sneak in more protein. 2. Use Dals to knead the flour. Cook the dal. Mash it or grind it with little water. Now use this to knead the dough for chapattis or parathas. 3. Your LO not eating veggies?<br> Cook the veggies like beet root, carrot etc puree it and knead the flour to make colourful rotis.<br> Use palak puree to make green parathas.<br> Alternatively grate the veggies and use. 4. Do not discard the whey after making paneer. Use it in your Dals or to knead the dough. It is loaded with natural proteins. cute baby. have his teeth..he have crossed 1 year I guess. Don't worry.. kids will be picky and choosy. It's very hard to feed toddler. Give more water to drink. And as its summer..kids may not like to have dal-rice or roti . Try giving tiffins. idli, dosa, khichdi, upma. Add little ghee to it. Divert mind and feed. Present food in a different way. Give fruit juices.
