If the child is throwing up every feed it is possible that the particular brand is not suiting and she could try another brand. If this is something that is a new occurrence and so far he has been taking it well he may have an infection which is causing the vomiting. If he is throwing up just a little then it could be reflux and you could try giving a smaller quantity and burp every couple of ounces.
