My daughter is 3months and 3 weeks old. She is not satisfied with only breastmilk and remains hungry. My pediatrician has suggested to try introducing solids now as she is now double her birth weight. Can anyone suggest me what should I start with now and in how much quantity??

Every baby does this dear. Ofcourse Breast milk is lite on their tummy but nutritious hence it gets digested easily. Let her drink and unlatch on her own.

Dear babies can cry for numerous other reasons than just hunger. Check if the baby has gas, or she might be sleepy, colicky, feeling hot/cold, or even just bored. Try to set her sleep schedule, Dim the lights in the night, feed her in absolute silence, so that she understands night is for sleeping. After each feed, burp her well so that she isn't gassy. While massaging move her legs in cycling motion. This too helps in releasing the gas. Take her out to park or garden, show her things around, give her toys to play with, keep her entertained, get a good ergonomic baby carrier for her, it was a lifesaver for me and my daughter calmed down the minute I put her in the carrier because she knew it's time to go out. Cuddle her, keep her close. Make sure her clothes are not too tight and uncomfortable. Sing to her, massage her well twice a day. She will be fine. And as @5fedec01cccb6d0014097596 said, please consider changing your pediatrician.

My daughter cries a lot and even sleeps very less 9 to 10 hours only in a day. And wakesup evry 1 hour so I feel she is hungry. My Pediatrician has asked to try Nestum Rice but I want to give so early.
